It's that magical time of the year (at least at our house!)...

Baseball Season!

We gave Jackson tickets to a few Yankee games for his birthday! The first game was a week ago against the Baltimore Orioles. Yankee Stadium--Cano, Jeter, and Teixeira on the field...does it get better than this. Not for these three!

I've taken a break from blogging because something has been wrong with our external hard drive (where we have all our pictures saved!). So posting pictures has been a nightmare! Thanks Ryan for fixing the problem!

A New Tradition...Maybe!?!

We celebrated Laurie's 2nd Birthday last week!

What a little blessing she is in our home! She keeps us laughing! She keeps us on our toes! She keeps me very busy! We love you Laurie. Happy Birthday!

I decided to try something new....

FONDANT!

My mom told me about a recipe for marshmallow fondant that she saw on Studio 5 (A great homemaking TV show in Utah--wish it was on in New Jersey--but I visit their website often!)

It was a little tricky with my first batch to get the right consistency...but...it may be the start of something new for Birthdays!

A Minnie Mouse cake was Emily's idea.
